CM Garmindo’s Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) are super low.

We love working with start-ups and small brands.

• Fit Samples: We don’t have an MOQ but we recommend only making 1 sample in one size to test fit, fabrics, and to perfect the garment.
• Sales Samples: We don’t have an MOQ but we recommend only making 1 sample per style to save costs and time.
• Bulk Production: 20 pieces per style per variation at 5 pieces per size and we require at least 60 pieces in a total production order which can be split across different styles/variations.
• Custom Fabric Dyeing: 40m per colour (we only dye natural / natural blend fabrics)
• Repeat Yardage Printing: 50m per design (we don’t print on Nylon)
• Placement Logo/Text (not repeat yardage): No MOQ

*A “variation” is any style of garment that’s made in a different fabric, colours, or surface design (embroidery or print).

Pricing

• The unit price for each item includes fabric, cutting, sewing, trims, embellishments, hygiene stickers (swimwear only), standard unbranded packaging, and quality control. The unit price does not include branded labels, hang tags, or shipping.
• Branded labels and hang tags can be purchased separately; click here.

Customizations & Quotes

• If you wish to alter, customize, or modify our products, or add your own surface designs including logo placements, text placements, image placements, or repeating yardage designs, or request a purchase order where the products can’t be purchased as-is from our Shop, you must contact our client services department, enter CMG’s onboarding process, and CMG will provide you with a quote.

Timelines

• The estimated timeframe to manufacture samples ordered from our shop is approximately 5 to 10 business days (not including shipping).
• Production activities only commence after your payment has been received in our listed payment platforms and/or CM Garmindo’s bank accounts.
• Although we strive to maintain agreed upon timelines, delays can occur that are outside of our control. In the event of delays, we will communicate with clients who have paid for the purchase of products and services.

Shipping

• All products are shipped via Ex-works / Ex-factory from Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
• Tariffs and associated fees/taxes are determined by the customs agency/authority at the destination and payment for tariffs/fees/taxes is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Title to products purchased on the shop, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when CM Garmindo delivers these items to the carrier.

Cancellations, Exchanges, Refunds, Repairs, or Returns

IMPORTANT:

• You must record unboxing/unpacking videos every time you receive products purchased from our shop and you must send claims to us within five (5) days of receiving your items. Claims for repairs without proof of unboxing/unpacking will not be accepted.

Exchanges, Refunds, & Returns:

• CM Garmindo does not offer exchanges, refunds, and/or returns for any reason.

Cancellations:

• You may cancel your order after payment has been made by contacting our Client Services department. A cancellation fee of 25% from the order payment will be deducted on orders cancelled after payment has been made.
• CM Garmindo does not offer order cancellations after your order has been processed.

Repairs:

• Defects in garment construction, fabric, trim, components, dye, and/or surface designs must be reported to our Client Services department within five (5) days of receiving your order.
• Garment repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and depending on the severity of the defect, as determined by CMG, you may or may not be eligible for a repair.
• When shipping garments for repair to CMG, all shipping costs, including but not limited to, tariffs/fees/taxes are your responsibility.
