CM Garmindo offers secure door-to-door shipping to over 100 countries around the world.

When you purchase something from our Shop, we’ll be using DHL air freight to send your purchases to you.

Our factory mainly uses Ex-works or Ex-factory shipping. Here’s how it works:

  1. We’ll handle all the packing, paperwork, and contact DHL for the pickup order from our warehouse.

  2. Once DHL picks up your shipment from our warehouse, it’s officially yours. We’ll give you a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment via the DHL app or website.

  3. Tariffs are paid by the receiver because your country’s customs authority charges you a tax for importing goods from another country. When your package arrives, DHL will tell you what your tariffs/fees/taxes are. Once you’ve paid this to DHL, they’ll release your package to you.


Tariffs:

Tariffs and associated fees/taxes are determined by the customs agency/authority at the destination and payment for tariffs/fees/taxes is the sole responsibility of the recipient.


Shipping for Repairs:

When shipping garments for repair to CMG, all shipping costs, including but not limited to, taxes, tariffs, and other associated fees are your responsibility. When re-shipping your repaired garments to you, CMG will pay the domestic or international shipping costs including handling fees. However, when re-shipping your repaired garments to you, all tariffs and associated taxes and fees that are determined by the customs agency/authority at the destination must be paid by you as per “Shipping and Deliveries” and “Risk of Loss” clauses in our Terms of Use page.


Title to Products:

Title to products purchased on the shop, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when CM Garmindo delivers these items to the carrier.


Samples Shipping:

  • Free shipping on orders over $250. Shipping rates apply to orders below $250 as outlined in the next section..

  • Shipping via DHL Express may take 4 to 5 business days for delivery. Order earlier than expected as delays can happen which are not in our control.

Zone 1 – Australia, New Zealand, Singapore – starting from $15

Zone 2 – North America – starting from $20

Zone 3 – GCC – starting from $20

Zone 4 – EU & UK  - starting from $20
